Body and Movement Sessions

Body and Movement sessions are personalised, one on one fitness or rehabilitation sessions designed to help you move and exercise with confidence, improve strength, flexibility and overall well-being. The sessions take influence from Pilates, Yoga, Calisthenics and dance and have a particular focus on postural form, technique and alignment.

Victoria is a registered Osteopath and graduate from the University College of Osteopathy with a Masters in Dance. She specialises in neuro-musculo-skeletal pain, sports/performance injuries, and postural problems. Her patient care is tailored to your individual needs, giving you tools to improve your body awareness and understanding of the root causes of your symptoms and equip you with long term solutions to self manage both acute or chronic conditions.

​She loves working with patients from all walks of life and is ambitious to improve your body experience, from acute or chronic pain relief to improving function, technique, posture, well being and self esteem.
